Lebanon Kansas

Lebanon Kansas is the town closest to the geographic center of the 48 contiguous United States. Lebanon's peak population was 822 in 1920. It's current population is 212. The town still serves as an important regional center as indicated by the number of cars parked downtown (pictured below) when I visited in 2013.
